Ian Hunt, Paul Hanson, and Anthony Oakly all off to Anatoki Hut and furthur.
18th April 2003
0745 Started walking from the car park.
Uphill thru farm land, it is an old pack track that sidles thru the contours.
1200 At Anatoki bend, seems to be a bit of a camp site.
1500 At hut. Its ok. No one else here yet.
19th April 2003
Just Paul and Ian off for a blast, Anthony having a hut day.
1000 Left hut.
1100 At peak 1270m
1124 At Peak 1355m
1237 On Yultide Peak. Awesome.
1300 At saddle. Paul going down to the tarn, me going up.
1630 At river and heading for hut.
1650 At hut, and fellow trampers have arrived. After food in the dark we went for a walk down the river. 2005 In bed.
20th April 2003
Paul and I blasted up a river and Anthony headed out.
We boulder-ed for awhile and potted around here and there.
1400 Back at hut packing and eating.
1505 Left hut - heading out.
1840 Found Anthony camped 15 mins from car park. All off down to car and heading home.
